Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on toplinelb.online. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and Pricing

• All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are the price of the item only.
• Delivery is a flat $3 per order, anywhere in Lebanon, added at delivery.
• We may correct an obvious pricing error, or cancel an order, before dispatch. If we do, we will contact you first.
• Product colours may appear slightly different on your screen than in person.
• Sizes follow the size guide on each product page. Measurements may vary slightly between pieces.

Payment

• Payment is Cash on Delivery only. We never ask for card details, bank transfers, or advance payment.
• You pay the courier at your door, in cash, after you have checked your order.

Delivery and Inspection

• We deliver across Lebanon only. We do not ship outside Lebanon.
• You may open and check your order at the door before paying.
• You may refuse the order at the door at no cost to you.
• Once you accept and pay for an order, it is considered checked and accepted. Please see our Return and Refund Policy.

Availability

• Items are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you to replace or cancel it.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this store, including photographs and text, belongs to Topline and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or by circumstances outside our control.
• Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
